SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS, CITIES, AND COMMUNITIES 2025 will be held at December 15th in Mercure Hotel, Ancol.
With sincere and fervent enthusiasm, we extend to you an invitation to submit your article on A Sustainable Cooling for Building and Cities.

The registered and presented papers is expected to be published in Scopus Indexed Book Chapter, Scopus Indexed Proceeding, International Journal for Conference Publication: Urban and Building Science.

Extended abstract should be mentioned:
- Brief Introduction
- Method
- Preliminary result
and contained:
- What is the problem or issue being addressed?
- What is the method or process?
- What was the resultant data?
- What did you find from the analysis?
- What are your conclusions, their scope in which they may be applied and what would you suggest for future work?
- What references have you checked so that you are not re-inventing the wheel?
- It is recognized that you may not be completely done with your work, yet. But you must have the reasonable expectation of being completely done when you write the full paper. You must also be prepared to address issues raised by the reviewers in the final paper.

To submit an extended abstract, you are required to submit the abstract first. After the admin grants approval within 1-2 day(s), you can proceed to submit the extended abstract under the full paper option.
Abstract Submission
- To submit an abstract, you must register first to the conference. If you have already created user account, use your account to register as presenter and submit an abstract. If you have not created an account, please create an account and REGISTER through system.
- The abstract must be written in English and contains the following sections: introduction, aim of the study, method, results, conclusion, and keywords.
- The abstract must have no longer than 250 words.
- The keywords are 3 to 5 words, written in alphabetical order.
After the admin grants approval within 1-2 day(s), you can proceed to submit the extended abstract under the full paper option.
Extended Abstract Submission
- Extended abstract must be written in English and according to extended abstract template.
- Extended abstract must contains the following structure: title, introduction, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and references.
- Extended abstract/s should be submitted only after the abstracts are accepted.
- Extended abstract/s must be revised according to reviewer's comments.
- Extended abstract revision must be submitted through the system (author's account).
- Please note that the revision version of your full-paper will be the final version of the paper (including author name/s, etc.) to be submitted to the publisher, unless there are changes made by editor/s to improve the quality of the paper.
- The author instructions and fullpaper template can be downloaded from the download page.
The whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration.
Note:
- We allow up to 2 papers per author (including as a co-author) unless there is a legitimate reason to include more
- Article Publication Charges (APC) is chargeable for accepted and declined articles.
